Full-time Lead
Taras Technology LLC is seeking a UX Design Lead with 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in medical devices, to lead new product development and manage user experience interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Supporting design and development of user interfaces
- Communicating design intent to engineering, software, requirements, and product management functions
- Supporting and guiding the product labeling in creation of images and technical documentation
- Creating proof of concept models that effectively communicate design intent and demonstrate product potential
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in UX Design
- 2 years experience in medical device or related industry preferred
- 2 years experience as a User Experience lead for new product development
- Experience in all phases of product development
- Experience in managing projects and switching between big picture thinking and product-level details
- Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows
- Experience in agile teams or scrum development process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience using design tools such as Figma, Principal, and Miro
- Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (a plus)
- Familiarity with relevant quality regulations, human factors/usability engineering standards, and risk management (a bonus)
