UI/UX Designer, Sr.

The Senior UX/UI Designer at Inizio Evoke crafts intuitive and engaging user experiences for digital products across mobile, desktop, and in-person platforms, working in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and document user interfaces, interaction states, and design systems for digital products across multiple platforms
• Conduct user research, competitive audits, heuristic evaluations, and domain analysis to inform design decisions
• Develop detailed user experience specifications and technical layouts for highly interactive applications
• Create prototypes and mockups to demonstrate design concepts to clients and internal teams
• Translate business requirements and user insights into engaging, accessible, and intuitive experiences
• Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and development teams to ensure design consistency and quality
• Utilize web analytics and behavioral data to optimize user flows and improve engagement
• Maintain and update design systems, ensuring adherence to best practices and accessibility standards
• Present design ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively
• Stay current with emerging design trends, AI advancements, and industry best practices to continually enhance design quality

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and concept validation
• Strong understanding of content architecture, interaction design, and accessibility standards (AA/AAA compliance)
• Hands-on experience with design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and technical layouts
• Knowledge of omnichannel digital platforms, including AI, mobile, AR/VR/MR, and audio interfaces
• Familiarity with web analytics and behavioral insights tools like Hotjar, Mouseflow, Clarity, and others
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas confidently and engage clients effectively
• Educational background in web communications, design, or related fields; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration in agile or similar methodologies
