Responsibilities
- Lead the design of intuitive and engaging user interfaces for digital platforms
- Develop and implement design standards, guidelines, and strategies across all brand touchpoints
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately
- Conduct user research and usability testing to guide and validate design decisions
- Mentor and provide feedback to junior design team members to foster their growth and ensure high-quality outputs
Requirements
