Design intuitive reporting experiences for EHR's reporting and analytics capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions and establish design patterns for analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate within a cross-functional team to design and deliver user-centered solutions for our EHR platform and small business tools
  • Create and iterate on information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
  • Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions and improve user experiences
  • Develop and maintain consistent design patterns and guidelines across our products
  • Write clear, concise, and user-friendly content for product interfaces and user journeys
  • Advocate for user needs and balance them with business objectives
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the Practice Management Pillar
  • Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product design experience in a product or design-focused tech company
  • Advanced in Figma
  • Strong foundation in UI and interaction design, with special attention to detail, including strong writing skills for product copy and microcopy
  • Ability to rapidly iterate and produce multiple design concepts, including conducting user testing to validate design decisions
  • Capable of time management and meeting deadlines
  • A creative thinker who has lots of ideas and sees solutions when most would not
  • A portfolio demonstrating creative problem solving, innovative solutions and clean visual aesthetic
  • Self-motivated attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, strong work ethic, sense of urgency and accountability
