As a Product Designer, you will combine your craft expertise with an understanding of customers and the business to co-create innovative solutions to complex problems. You will leverage your product design skills and collaborate with cross-functional partners to create various design artifacts.
Responsibilities
- Combine craft expertise with an understanding of customers and the business to co-create innovative solutions to complex problems
- Leverage strong understanding of product design and skills across interaction, visual and service design
- Use data, research insights and creative problem-solving to support customer-centered design decisions
- Understand product, processes and partner goals to recognize and bridge gaps between customer-centered solutions and business needs
- Work with team and partners to gather feedback, understand tech and data capabilities and emerging technologies
- Build relationships with cross-functional partners and continuously identify opportunities to collaborate
- Present work to diverse audiences using a human-centered approach
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a Product Design role
- At least 2 years of experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Experience working with an established design system
- Experience collaborating with product, tech and business partners
- Experience working in heavily regulated, data heavy problem spaces
Key Skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating process, results, and impact
- Experience with Figma
