As a Product Designer at AmazingTalker, you will expand successful strategies into other markets and optimize localization details. You will also integrate existing resources and provide recommendations for future product architecture.

Responsibilities

• Expand successful strategies to other markets and optimize them for local details
• Document successful experiences into standard operating procedures for future replication
• Integrate existing resources, including features, strategies, and human resources, using design thinking to achieve target data results
• Provide recommendations for future features and product architecture to support product iterations and long-term strategy development
• Manage multiple independent features, create short-term, medium-term, and long-term plans, and flexibly use existing or new resources to organize the team to achieve goals
• Adjust goals or secure more resources as necessary to ensure goal completion

Requirements

• Ability to independently iterate on existing features or strategies using design thinking principles
• Ability to independently design new features or strategies, from goal setting to data validation
• Opportunity to lead or be part of a team to replicate successful features or strategies to new markets or audiences, adjusting for local needs
• Clear understanding of personal goals aligned with AmazingTalker's mission
• Open-mindedness, willingness to accept feedback, and eagerness to try new design logic
• English proficiency at B2 level or above
