初級產品設計師｜Jr. Product Designer

As a Jr. Product Designer at AmazingTalker, you will drive product growth by iterating on existing features and strategies through design thinking principles. You will also develop new features and strategies, ensuring they meet user needs and contribute to achieving OKR objectives.

Responsibilities

• Iterate on existing features and strategies using design thinking principles
• Develop new features and strategies, from goal setting to data validation
• Expand successful features or strategies to new markets or user groups, adjusting for local characteristics
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, front-end and back-end engineers, and App engineers
• Participate in product project decision-making and provide insights

Requirements

• Familiarity with design thinking processes, particularly prototyping, interface design, and testing
• Ability to independently achieve small-scale product goals and track data
• Clear understanding of personal goals aligned with AmazingTalker's mission
• Open-mindedness, willingness to accept feedback, and eagerness to try new design logic
• English proficiency at B2 level or above
