You will help define, design, and rollout the future of products while working with cross-functional teams. Your role will enhance user experience by making it more intuitive, accessible, and seamless.
Responsibilities
- Work with the research teams to understand customers, their needs, wants, pain points, and opportunities.
- Directly impact the overall customer experience.
- Solve unique problems in an interesting way, sometimes the best solution is the simplest.
- Prototyping and concept designing potential solutions to difficult problems.
- Work directly with clients and customers where your ideas and advice matter.
Requirements
- Experience with startups or within product teams.
- Designing and rolling out design systems, or a desire to do so.
- Helping define strategy and design decisions.
- Assisting with ethnographic, face-to-face, user research and usability testing.
- Mentoring less experienced designers within the team.
- Not being afraid to ask questions to better understand problems.
- Using modern design tools, Figma.
Key Skills
