You will lead the design of innovative product features and contribute to the growth of our design system. This includes conducting user research, prototyping, and ensuring a smooth handoff to developers.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Product Design: Responsible for the entire product design process, from user research and concept development to prototyping and user testing.
- Design System Development & Enhancement: Actively contribute to the evolution of the design system by creating, refining, and maintaining components that promote consistency and scalability.
- Conversion Optimization: Utilize user data and feedback to identify and implement design improvements aimed at enhancing the user experience and increasing conversion rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, analysts, and product managers to ensure alignment and consistency throughout the product lifecycle.
- Effective Communication: Proactively seek answers, resolve open questions, and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills when interacting with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, specifically with complex digital products within the travel industry.
- Expertise in designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems.
- Strong design skills across web platforms, iOS, and Android.
- Ability to conduct and analyze user research, including interviews, testing, competitor analysis, surveys, and journey mapping.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and analyzing real-time user behavior to optimize user experience.
- Alignment with business goals, ensuring user experience projects support strategic priorities.
- Proficiency in wireframing and tools such as Figma, Confluence, and Jira.
- Fluent in spoken and written English (Polish language skills are a plus).
- A portfolio showcasing your product design work.
