Own end-to-end design for key product areas, from discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration. Champion simplicity by distilling complex requirements into elegant, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for key product areas, from discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration.
- Champion simplicity, distilling complex requirements into elegant, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences.
- Proactively uncover user needs and pain points by hosting user research sessions and collaborating cross-functionally, translating insights into thoughtful, user-centered design solutions.
- Apply data-driven methods to inform and refine design decisions, including behavioural analytics, usability testing, and experimentation.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and commercial teams to define customer and business problems and shape impactful solutions.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product.
- Stay curious and forward-thinking, bringing fresh perspectives and outside learnings into the team to help tackle complex challenges.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, implementing solutions and presenting work during design reviews.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product design or closely related roles.
- A strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful, impactful, data-informed design.
- Clear communication and storytelling skills.
- Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
- Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives effectively.
- Enjoyment of solving complex design challenges and thinking holistically about user experience.
- Evidence-based design practices.
- Design with scale and flexibility in mind.
