Design and own the UX and UI of client-facing products while prototyping and testing ideas based on user feedback. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to turn visions into tangible products.
Responsibilities
- Design and own the UX and UI of our client-facing products
- Prototype and test ideas and iterate fast based on users' and stakeholders' feedback, and based on real-time analytics
- Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to turn intangible visions into tangible product
- Define reusable design components and a strong design system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a leading design institute
- 3-5 years of experience as a product designer in a fast-paced startup, preferably working on complex systems design
- Understanding of how to use AI to accelerate design work
- Skilled in working on a design system using Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD and AI-powered design tools
- Excellent collaborator with different stakeholders in product, R&D and design
- Experience in facilitating user interviews and user testing sessions is an advantage
- Self-motivated, agile, proactive, and fun to work with
