Product Designer (Remote - US)

Product Designer crafting intuitive experiences for digital tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to simplify workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver key product features from concept through implementation, ensuring clarity and usability
• Advocate for the end user, translating insights from research and testing into actionable product solutions
• Contribute to the development, scalability, and evolution of the internal design system
• Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and discovery efforts to gather insights and shape product direction
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs
• Provide design assets to support marketing, customer engagement, and other teams as needed
• Translate workflows and systems into clear diagrams to support decision-making and communication

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product design or a related role
• Strong proficiency in Figma and collaborative design tools
• Experience with prototyping, usability testing, and user-centered design methods
• Solid understanding of interaction design, responsive layouts, and mobile/web design principles
• Familiarity with design systems and a willingness to contribute to their growth
• Technical curiosity and ability to collaborate effectively with engineers
• A portfolio demonstrating experience in mobile and responsive web app design
• Strong communication skills and empathy for both users and team members
