Onsite Full-time Lead
A full-time designer role to own the design and UX of application interfaces for financial markets, with experience in designing financial applications and complex data grids.
Responsibilities
- Own the design and UX of our application interfaces
- Understand the workflows for the various financial markets we’re supporting
- Design beautiful, intuitive interfaces to make their lives easier
- Collaborate directly with clients
- Join workshops with institutional partners, gathering feedback, and iteratively refining the user experience
- Own design across the company
- Elevate everything we touch—from product interfaces to company materials, websites to presentations
Requirements
- Financial interface expert with experience designing production grade financial applications
- Experience designing for AG Grid or similar interfaces
- Comfortable being the sole designer on a team, owning the entire design function
- Client-facing professional with excellent communication skills
