The UI/UX Designer will develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes while ensuring designs align with brand identity and project goals. They will collaborate with product managers and developers to translate complex workflows into user-friendly interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Create user interfaces that align with the brand identity and project goals.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.
- Ensure designs are feasible and optimized for React-based front-end development.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to implement design solutions.
- Translate complex workflows and business requirements into simple, user-friendly interfaces.
- Proactively suggest design improvements and innovative approaches to enhance the user experience.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Proven portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and design tools for wireframing and prototyping.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React to ensure design feasibility.
- Knowledge of UX principles, accessibility standards, and best practices.
- Ability to adapt designs across multiple devices and screen sizes.
