Trainee Graphic Designer

The Trainee Graphic Designer will design engaging visual content for various marketing assets and collaborate with the marketing team to develop brand-aligned visuals. They will also support the creation of social media graphics and ensure design consistency with web developers.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging visual content for various marketing assets, including websites, presentation decks, brochures, sell sheets, and advertisements (both print and digital).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling brand-aligned visuals.
• Work closely with web developers to ensure design consistency and functionality when pages are developed in WordPress.
• Contribute to layout, typography, and branding efforts across all digital touchpoints.
• Support in the creation of social media graphics, email banners, and event-related visuals as needed.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Photoshop and Canva is required; knowledge of additional tools (Illustrator, Figma, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and layout composition.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
