The Graphic Designer will create brand guidelines and visual assets for print and digital formats while supporting day-to-day design needs across the business. This role involves collaborating with various teams to bring creative ideas to life.
Responsibilities
- Creating brand guidelines and files for print, packaging, and physical products
- Creating simple, clean visual assets aligned with brand guidelines
- Supporting day-to-day design needs across the business
- Collaborating closely with teams across marketing, operations, and more
- Preparing design files for print or digital formats
- Working onsite with the team 5 days a week
Requirements
- A portfolio that shows good visual judgment and design fundamentals
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, with some work in Photoshop)
- Attention to detail and an eagerness to get stuck in wherever needed
- A “can-do” attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic team environment
- Happy to be onsite in Southampton full-time, especially in the early phase
- Someone who’s proactive, fast, and flexible
Key Skills
