Graphic Designer (Southampton)

The Graphic Designer will create brand guidelines and visual assets for print and digital formats while supporting day-to-day design needs across the business. This role involves collaborating with various teams to bring creative ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Creating brand guidelines and files for print, packaging, and physical products
• Creating simple, clean visual assets aligned with brand guidelines
• Supporting day-to-day design needs across the business
• Collaborating closely with teams across marketing, operations, and more
• Preparing design files for print or digital formats
• Working onsite with the team 5 days a week

Requirements

• A portfolio that shows good visual judgment and design fundamentals
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, with some work in Photoshop)
• Attention to detail and an eagerness to get stuck in wherever needed
• A “can-do” attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic team environment
• Happy to be onsite in Southampton full-time, especially in the early phase
• Someone who’s proactive, fast, and flexible
