The Senior Graphic Designer will develop and refine design concepts for various projects while collaborating with clients and internal teams. You will lead design initiatives and mentor junior designers to foster a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine design concepts for a wide range of projects, including branding, marketing materials, digital graphics, and more.
- Collaborate with team to understand their needs and deliver design solutions that align with their brand identity.
- Present and articulate design ideas to clients, incorporating their feedback into the creative process.
- Generate high-quality visuals that effectively communicate messages to target audiences.
- Lead design initiatives and mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Stay current with design trends and technologies to continually enhance your skills and the agency's offerings.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and maintain consistency across all designs.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles including composition, color theory, typography, branding, and document design.
- Knowledge of cultural and industry trends.
- Strong design thinking skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools and innovative design technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience in leading design projects, giving constructive feedback, and mentoring junior designers.
- Ability to follow creative direction and execute tasks as instructed by directors or senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
