Graphic and Motion Designer - Saudi National

Design high-quality visuals, motion graphics, and user interfaces for prototypes, demos, and immersive experiences in PwC Middle East's Emerging Technology Lab.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality graphics, illustrations, presentations, and visual assets to support prototypes, demos, and immersive experiences
• Create intuitive, user-centered interface designs for web, mobile, and immersive environments (AR, VR, mixed reality)
• Develop motion graphics, animations, and interactive visuals that bring emerging technology concepts to life
• Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual narratives and user experiences that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on UI and motion concepts, providing multiple design options to support ideation and testing
• Maintain and evolve the lab’s visual identity and design language across presentations, demos, and client-facing platforms
• Experiment with new design trends, tools, AI, and creative techniques to keep prototypes and designs fresh, unique, and cutting-edge
• Design visually compelling presentations for leadership, clients, and lab tours that showcase emerging technology concepts
• Collaborate with technologists, product designers, and researchers to deliver cohesive and impactful prototypes
• Organize and manage design assets for easy reusability, ensuring consistency and efficiency across projects
• Balance speed with quality, meeting sprint and project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of creativity and craft
• Support the upkeep and organization of the Riyadh Lab, ensuring it is always ready for client visits and demos
• Collaborate with colleagues to manage lab tours, workshops, and external events
• Help set up and deliver client demonstrations, presentations, and showcases
• Coordinate with internal teams to promote the lab’s offerings both internally and externally
• Engage with stakeholders and partners to enhance the lab’s network, visibility, and influence

Key Skills

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and similar UI/UX tools
• Solid experience in motion graphics and animation design, with a strong eye for timing, transitions, and storytelling
• Expertise in PowerPoint design, creating visually compelling and professional presentations
• Experience in using mature AI tools in design work e.g use of tools such AI image/video generators like Midjouney/Kling
• Ability to design user interfaces for web, mobile, and immersive platforms (AR, VR, XR) is a plus
• Familiarity with 3D and immersive design tools (Blender, Cinema4D, Unity, Unreal, or similar) is a plus
• Ability to experiment with and apply AI-assisted design tools to accelerate workflows and enhance creativity
• Creative Skills: Strong visual storytelling ability, capable of turning abstract or technical concepts into engaging, intuitive designs
• Excellent sense of layout, typography, color, and composition
• Ability to prototype rapidly and adapt visuals across multiple formats (presentations, digital assets, immersive demos)
• Innovative mindset with a passion for keeping up with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools
• Professional Skills: Strong collaboration and teamwork skills; able to work closely with technologists, researchers, and business stakeholders
