Hybrid Contract Senior

A Senior Graphic Designer role in a hybrid arrangement, collaborating with art directors and cross-functional teams to deliver compelling creative work across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal clients to conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Develop creative briefs, storyboards, and layouts to communicate persuasive, inclusive design ideas.
  • Design visually compelling pitches, presentations, social media, and paid media campaigns.
  • Mentor creative team members, providing feedback to strengthen conceptual and technical skills.
  • Manage assigned projects by developing timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality results.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and industry best practices to drive continuous innovation.
  • Collaborate in ideation sessions and design sprints to generate creative concepts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, with emphasis on social and paid media campaigns.
  • Strong digital portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and advanced design skills.
  • Proven experience working in fast-paced, matrixed agency or in-house environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Expertise in designing for social media, paid campaigns, presentations, video/animation storyboards, and marketing collateral.
  • Strong ability to listen, communicate, and translate client needs into creative solutions.
  • Experience developing creative briefs, mood boards, and leading ideation sessions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of both digital and print production processes.
  • Comfortable handling both creative development and administrative tasks such as project management and client communication.
