A full-time remote role for a Visual Designer supporting both the core brand and advisor brands of a modern wealth management firm, using tools like Figma and Webflow.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype responsive landing pages in Figma for deployment in Webflow
- Create comprehensive advisor brand kits, including logos, typography, color systems, and brand guidelines
- Develop marketing materials such as one-pagers, pitch decks, social media graphics, email visuals, and event collateral
- Produce motion graphics and animated content (e.g., GIFs, interactive banners) to enhance engagement and storytelling
- Apply UX and UI best practices to all designs, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices
Requirements
- +4 years of experience as a graphic, visual, or product designer
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
- Demonstrated experience in Webflow or web design tools optimized for no-code development
- Strong foundation in branding, including logo creation, visual identity development, and brand system management
- Deep understanding of UX principles, layout design, and responsive web design
- Prior experience in fintech, SaaS, or financial services is a strong plus
- Familiarity with Lottie, Webflow CMS, or motion design tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Experience working with distributed teams or internal marketing agencies
- Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Based in LATAM
