An agency client is hiring a Content Designer / UX Writer for a 12+ month, 40-hour per week, onsite role in downtown, focusing on creating and writing deliverables for digital products.
Responsibilities
- Creating and writing deliverables including wireframes, site maps, onboarding flows, micro-copy, content strategies, user journeys, interviews, surveys etc.
- Planning, creating, and managing content to ensure it is clear, engaging, and valuable for its target audience
- Creating content strategies that focus on the digital product by using design thinking
- Designing and delivering product flows, new features, in-product language, content frameworks, navigation, product naming and more
Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience as a UX Writer or Content Designer
- Portfolio of samples to showcase, ie case studies
- Ability to work onsite 3-4 per week downtown
