Senior UX Designer at Capitole Consulting to create innovative user experiences for global HCM products in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Creating innovative, intuitive user experiences for complex systems
- Collaborating closely with engineering, product, and research teams
- Defining design patterns and contributing to the design system
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative UX research
- Delivering wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual designs
- Mentoring other UX team members and shaping project direction
- Supporting digital transformation projects to modernize HCM systems
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of pure UX experience
- Portfolio is mandatory to showcase full design process, challenges solved, and collaboration with researchers and content designers
- Experience designing for responsive web and understanding underlying technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Proven UX process skills: user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, task flows
- Ability to collaborate with product, engineering, research, and content teams
- Comfortable presenting and engaging with non-technical stakeholders
- Curious, dynamic, adaptable, responsible, and eager to learn
- Fluent English (C1)
- Original CV showing creativity and clarity
- Strong portfolio demonstrating process, decision-making, and problem-solving
