Responsibilities

  • Design user experiences from research and strategy to prototyping and testing.
  • Conduct in-depth user research through methods like interviews, usability testing, and analytics.
  • Create detailed user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions.
  • 4+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experience.
  • Fluent in best practices for information architecture and interaction design.
  • Strong knowledge of user experience principles and techniques.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team and directly with developers.
  • Strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and usability principles.
  • Experience designing services and delivering UX solutions for projects of medium scope and complexity.
  • Confidently present a strong rationale for design decisions and rely on analytics and data.
  • Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in using Figma and prototyping tools.
