UX/UI Designer

Aspire Software is seeking a UX/UI Designer to lead user experience understanding, create user-centered designs, and work in agile Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading the understanding of User Experience in the company.
• Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
• Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups.
• Implementing and maintaining a design system.
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems and presenting solutions.
• Gaining and incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings.
• Working with people at all levels to communicate solutions to UX/UI challenges.
• Working as part of the two scrum teams.
• Conducting UX research.

Requirements

• Have experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio of related projects.
• Leading design sprints with senior colleagues.
• Proficient in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work on multiple projects during sprints.
• Passion for design and customer experience.
• Experience in delivering presentations and using influence skills.
• Working with Accessibility guidelines.
• Conducting user experience research and knowledge of design thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with staff at all levels.
• Experience in a cross-functional, agile Scrum team.
• Practical experience and knowledge of Design Thinking.
