Responsibilities
- Improving the engineering journey in a complex stakeholder field
- Designing intuitive solutions for complex user journeys within a technology-driven environment
- Leading creative workshops to align stakeholders and drive impactful change
- Developing prototypes in Figma that simplify compliance and security processes for engineers
- Translating complex problems into simple, intuitive solutions
- Motivating your team to deliver the best results
- Strengthening the team in delivering an actionable and proactive IT delivery ecosystem
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience as a UX Designer
- Strategic and analytical thinker
- Experienced in working on complex user journeys
- Creative and impactful in finding solutions within a complex IT landscape
- Able to maintain a user-centred mindset in a technology-driven environment
- Skilled at manoeuvring in a large organisation and gaining support for ideas
- Fluent with design and prototyping tools like Figma and familiar with service design methods, including creative facilitation
- Proven ability to motivate and bring a design team together
- Excellent communication skills in English

- Gross monthly salary between €4,516 and €6,449 (scale 09)
