Lead design efforts across multiple digital properties, ensuring a consistent and user-centered design approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design efforts across multiple digital properties, ensuring a consistent and user-centered design approach.
- Manage and evolve design systems to maintain brand consistency and enhance user experiences.
- Collaborate with project managers, business strategists, UX researchers, and developers to drive projects forward efficiently.
- Create intuitive and modern user interfaces that align with the client’s business goals.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve information architecture (IA) and visual design.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Stay updated on the latest web design trends and best practices to ensure high-quality, impactful user experiences.
Requirements
- Proficiency in using MicroStrategy for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong expertise in UX design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with atomic design principles and managing enterprise-level design systems.
- Experience collaborating with UX/UI research teams to gather user data and improve designs.
- Knowledge of frontend development is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
