Senior Product Designer

Lead and contribute to the discovery and design process for customer-specific solutions and reusable platform capabilities. Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to define business goals, user needs, and end-to-end experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the discovery and design process for both customer-specific solutions and reusable platform capabilities
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers to define business goals, user needs, and end-to-end experiences
• Become an expert on League’s platform and its “óut of the box” capabilities, leveraging configuration options creatively for both customer and platform needs
• Design solutions that range from custom client implementations to extensible platform features that serve multiple clients and markets
• Deliver key design artifacts, including user flows, IA, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Participate in or facilitate workshops to frame problem spaces and align on solution directions with internal stakeholders or external partners
• Share and iterate designs based on usability testing, customer feedback, internal reviews, and market research
• Integrate research insights into your work, identifying opportunities for additional discovery when necessary
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation and smooth handoffs
• Contribute to the evolution of League’s design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience in Product Design and/or Design Strategy
• Strong experience designing cross-platform (Responsive Web, iOS, Android) digital products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking across solutions and platforms
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional, agile environments
• Exposure to the healthcare industry (preferred, but not required)
