Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end design for product features, from discovery to final delivery.
- Create and evolve a scalable design system for consistency across products.
- Simplify complex financial journeys into intuitive user experiences.
- Collaborate effectively with remote and cross-functional teams in Singapore and India.
- Bring a design-led voice into product strategy and decision-making.
- Explore innovative approaches while adhering to established processes.
Requirements
- 6 to 7+ years of professional product design experience.
- Proven experience designing for FinTech, WealthTech or Payments apps.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual craft and system thinking.
- Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma preferred).
- Solid understanding of design thinking, usability principles, and user research methods.
- Sharp eye for detail and visual balance.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
Key Skills
- Sound knowledge of UX writing to present designs in a holistic manner.
