As a Senior Product Designer, you will design user-centric digital products and initiatives across the platform, focusing on creating intuitive and impactful experiences. You will manage design projects from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure user needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Design Exceptional Experiences: Create and deliver mobile and desktop experiences that simplify investment products and make complex financial concepts accessible, easy-to-use and engaging
- Own End-to-End UX Initiatives: Manage design projects from concept to launch, including design sprints, collaboration sessions, sketching, wireframing, prototyping (low to high fidelity), user testing, and presenting to stakeholders
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to turn user insights and business needs into concepts and solutions, balancing user and business value through exploration, definition, and validation
- Conduct User Research: Leverage interviews, usability tests, and data insights to validate and iterate on designs, ensuring they meet user needs and align with Bitpanda’s product strategy
- Mentor and Advocate: Support peers, contribute to a high level of design maturity, and act as a strong voice for user experience across teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products in cross-functional teams – ideally in fintech, crypto, or other complex domains
- Utilizing tools like Figma, Miro, and JIRA, and modern design systems and processes
- Passionate about crypto and financial products, with a strong interest in making them more accessible and user-friendly
- Collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders and peers to define project goals, timelines, constraints, and priorities
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
