Lead the end-to-end design process for the Liquidity Fleet, translating complex financial concepts into user-friendly product experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and drive design discussions across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for the Liquidity Fleet, from initial research and ideation to high-fidelity prototypes and final hand-off to engineering
- Translate complex financial concepts and user needs into clear, simple, and delightful product experiences
- Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions and build a deep understanding of our users' behaviors, motivations, and pain points
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to define product requirements, roadmap, and strategy
- Drive design discussions and alignment across the organization, effectively managing feedback and expectations from multiple stakeholders
- Switch contexts and apply your expertise to a variety of products and user segments
- Work with data scientists and product managers to analyze user behavior on both web and mobile platforms
- Contribute to the Design System: Apply and advocate for the use of our design system (web and mobile) to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all designs
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing components and patterns within the design system based on your work
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in product design
- Fluency in English
- Proven experience using and contributing to a design system or component library
- Proficiency with design and prototyping in Figma
- Experience using AI as part of the design process - a plus
- Strong understanding of how to use data to inform and defend design decisions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional portfolio that highlights UX/UI work for web and mobile apps and/or design systems
