Senior UX Designer

Lead and execute end-to-end design for digital platforms and tools, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities where design can enhance the user experience and drive measurable performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end design for digital platforms and tools, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Define experience strategies that elevate design quality while aligning with product vision and business priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities where design can enhance user experience and drive measurable performance.
- Translate complex product requirements into modular, scalable user experiences using Figma.
- Leverage AI-enhanced tools and machine learning to streamline campaign setup and design workflows.
- Lead design reviews, offer actionable feedback, and mentor designers across teams.
- Deliver inclusive, accessible solutions that meet WCAG standards.
- Design and refine workflows for self-service tools.
- Contribute to and evolve scalable design systems.
- Participate and lead user research, usability testing, and behavioral data analysis.
- Present design rationale and strategy through high-quality storytelling.
- Help champion a culture of design thinking and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Product Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Arts, or related area and 1 year of experience; OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3 years of experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, or related area.

- Experience contributing to long-term product vision through future-state design initiatives.
- Experience developing and refining information architecture.
- Experience designing self-service tools with administrative controls.

- Experience designing data visualization interfaces and performance dashboards.
- Experience building interactive prototypes and production-ready assets using Figma.
- Experience partnering with content strategists and UX writers.
- Experience governing scalable design systems.
- Experience applying user-centered and advanced visual design principles.
