Senior Product Designer (H/F) - CDI - Aix en Provence

The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with various squads to understand project objectives and utilize data to inform design decisions. Responsibilities include conducting user research, developing design concepts, and ensuring optimal implementation of designs with developers.

Responsibilities

• Work with experts from different squads to understand project objectives.
• Use data to inform and guide design decisions.
• Conduct in-depth user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Develop concepts, wireframes, detailed designs, and prototypes.
• Iteratively refine designs based on user feedback and testing.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure optimal design implementation.
• Coordinate design system updates and document them clearly and precisely.
• Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate best practices into work.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design or product design.
• A solid portfolio showcasing design skills, creativity, and examples of design.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles.
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Maze, Lovable, Framer.
• Comfort in contributing, maintaining, and using a Design System.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
