Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end, user-centered product experiences based on human-centered design principles and research data.
- Translate user needs into high-fidelity design solutions that prioritize usability, accessibility, and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reconcile feedback, provide design leadership, and contribute to product strategy.
- Integrate AI insights or tools into workflows to enhance user experience where appropriate.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and a shared design vision.
- Participate actively in the full product development lifecycle, from research and ideation through to implementation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant product design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating human-centered, end-to-end design solutions.
- Expertise in design tools and methods to deliver comprehensive, high-fidelity specifications.
- Experience integrating or critically evaluating AI in workflows, problem-solving, or decision-making.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with web and software application design processes and best practices.
- Growth mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improving design capabilities.
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior designers is a plus.
