Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design for workflows, developer tools, and AI agent experiences.
- Translate complex technical concepts, APIs, and automation workflows into intuitive and delightful interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and product leaders to rapidly ship and iterate on designs.
- Conduct lean user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to validate design decisions.
- Maintain and evolve the product design system and ensure consistency across all interfaces.
- Advocate for users, balancing usability, technical feasibility, and business goals.
- Drive projects forward with a bias toward action, focusing on practical execution over theory.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, with demonstrated ownership from concept to production.
- Background in startups, ideally in early-stage or high-growth environments.
- Experience designing developer-facing tools, workflows, automation products, or AI-driven interfaces.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, multi-hat responsibilities, and fast-paced execution.
- Strong balance of UX, UI, and product thinking; portfolio demonstrating both design craft and speed.
- Technical fluency, with comfort working with APIs, JSON, logs, traces, and technical workflows.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
