Lead the design strategy and execution for ProtoPie Cloud and other SaaS-based features, focusing on collaborative workflows and a seamless user experience. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to translate complex user needs into intuitive and scalable user interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design strategy and execution for ProtoPie Cloud and other SaaS-based features
- Discover and define user problems within a cloud-based application
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to translate user needs into intuitive interfaces
- Design, prototype, and refine user flows and high-fidelity visuals
- Drive the design process independently from discovery to launch, prioritizing user needs, technical feasibility, and business growth
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience as a product designer in a software company, with significant experience on a SaaS or cloud-based product
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design process and outcomes, particularly in a B2B or team-oriented SaaS environment
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and product strategy for scalable, multi-user platforms
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research
- Proficiency in prototyping tools
- Proficiency in both English and Korean
- Experience designing complex, data-heavy, or collaborative interfaces (plus)
- Knowledge of or experience with AI technologies (plus)
- Background in front-end development or a solid understanding of SaaS product architecture (plus)
