A Staff Product Designer role at Dialogue, focusing on improving the member experience through design excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Shape vision and strategy: Partner with product leaders, engineering, and clinical operations to define and prioritize opportunities that improve the Dialogue member experience
- Drive end-to-end design: Take full ownership of work from framing ambiguous problems through discovery, prototyping, testing with users, and delivering polished solutions that launch
- Influence at every level: Communicate design vision and strategy effectively β from day-to-day working sessions to executive-level collaboration that inspires alignment and investment
- Champion members and outcomes: Keep a member-first perspective in every decision, ensuring design delivers both meaningful outcomes for people and measurable value for the business
- Raise the bar: Mentor other designers, contribute to critiques, and help establish design practices that strengthen the entire team
Requirements
- Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience
- A strong track record of designing and shipping exceptional B2C mobile products, with a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership from concept through to live product
- Deep expertise in interaction design, systems thinking, and user experience design, and the ability to bring clarity to complex or ambiguous challenges
- Proven storytelling and communication skills, including presenting design strategy and outcomes to executives
- Comfort working in evolving environments, with the judgment to know when to push for excellence and when to move quickly
- A growth mindset and the ability to mentor and inspire other designers
- Bilingualism in French and English
