We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to join a project for one of the top banks in Poland, focusing on creating intuitive interfaces for electronic banking solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analysis and negotiation of business requirements/processes
- Analytical meetings and workshops (planning, conducting, documenting)
- Preparation and acceptance of business requirement specifications (functional documentation)
- Definition of acceptance criteria for changes (e.g., test scenarios)
- Analytical support for new business initiatives
Requirements
- Min. 4 years of experience as a UX/UI designer in digital products
- Experience in large banking projects is a plus
- Independence and ability to adapt methods and tools
- User focus
- Experience in design sprints and design thinking
- Knowledge of project best practices
- Familiarity with tools like Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD, inVision, Zeplin
- Experience in preparing and conducting qualitative research
- Openness, observation, and listening skills
