We are seeking an experienced UX writer to join our growing team, focusing on enhancing user experience and conducting research for millions of users.
Responsibilities
- Work agilely and closely with UX designers, developers, and product owners
- Help users progress with clear and accurate texts in Swedish and English
- Prepare and conduct user tests and research
- Think strategically and innovatively about branding and guide our customers through Svea's products
- Improve payment solutions for our customers and end-users
- Create user experiences where language is an integrated part of the design
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a UX writer or similar role
- Familiarity with working in IT cross-functional development teams
- Good understanding of design principles and interaction patterns
- Optional: Experience in the finance sector
- Knowledge of tools like Phrase Strings or Lokalise, and Figma
- Academic background in communication, linguistics, or similar
- Portfolio of previous work
