UX/UI Designer

UX/UI Designer (Mid-weight) with 2-4 years of experience, working in a hybrid environment with 1-2 days onsite in Manchester City Centre.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex user and business requirements into clear, intuitive interfaces
• Work across the entire design process: from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and final UI
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation, with a solid understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design
• Contribute to and help maintain our evolving multi-brand design system
• Support ad-hoc design needs across the company (e.g. internal decks, marketing assets, website updates)
• Communicate your ideas clearly and present your work confidently to cross-functional teams, including senior stakeholders

Requirements

• 2–4 years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in tech or start-up environments
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates interaction design, visual design, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Figma (bonus if you’ve used tools like Miro)
• Experience contributing to and working within design systems
• Skilled at turning complex ideas into clean, usable interfaces
• Comfortable with responsive design and the basics of HTML/CSS
• Happy to pitch in on smaller tasks and iterate quickly
• Healthcare background is a plus, but not required
