🎨 UI/UX Designer - Financial SaaS Platform

Dost, a fintech company, is hiring a UI/UX Designer to transform complex financial data into intuitive user experiences for their financial SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive interfaces for financial analytics dashboards
• Create user experiences for complex data visualization (Sankey diagrams, forecasting models)
• Work with CTO to transform AI-generated designs into professional, scalable solutions
• Design responsive interfaces that work across desktop and mobile platforms
• Establish design principles and component libraries for the platform
• Create reusable design components in Figma for consistent user experience
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure design implementation accuracy
• Develop style guides and design standards for the growing team
• Work with Product Manager to understand user needs and pain points
• Gather feedback on design concepts from stakeholders and customers
• Iterate on designs based on user behavior and analytics data
• Participate in user interviews and usability testing sessions

Requirements

• 2+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in SaaS environments
• Proficiency in Figma (required for front-end collaboration)
• Experience designing data-heavy interfaces and analytics dashboards
• Understanding of responsive design principles
• Portfolio demonstrating complex interface design work
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail
• Technical Skills: Expert-level Figma skills for design and prototyping
• Understanding of front-end development constraints and possibilities
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Knowledge of modern web design principles and accessibility standards
• Familiarity with user research methodologies
