Lead end-to-end UX design projects from research and ideation through to delivery. Collaborate with volunteers across teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design projects from research and ideation through to delivery
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows to communicate design solutions effectively
- Collaborate with volunteers across teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with organizational goals
- Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and consistency in design across platforms
- Help define UX standards and maintain design consistency across projects
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX design work
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar
- Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles
- Comfortable working collaboratively with a distributed, volunteer-based team
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables
- 3+ hours per week during our core team hours M–F 9 a.m. – 6 p.m PT
- You are currently located in the US
