Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer leads art direction on high-level design pursuits and oversees the production of materials. They are responsible for taking design projects from conception to delivery with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Leads art direction on high-level design pursuits
- Oversees and coordinates production of materials
- Able to take design projects from conception to delivery with minimal supervision
- Liaises/collaborates with marketing and design teams
- Maintains brand consistency throughout all marketing projects
- Reviews work for accuracy and quality
- Stays up-to-date with industry developments and tools, and disseminate this information
- Interprets project needs and understand constraints
- Produces creative, high-impact designs
- Trains designers as necessary on software, tools, and visual communication
Requirements
- BA degree in design, visual arts, or relevant field
- 7-10 years of experience in graphic design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Software
- Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and juggle multiple projects under deadline
- Possess strong conceptual skills, high-level sense of design, layout, and typography
- Strong production and creative problem-solving skills, with attention to visual details
- Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
