Graphic Designer

The graphic designer will lead all design and production work to serve the branches, childcare, financial development, and any internal design needs. Responsibilities include designing digital and print materials, developing digital designs for ads and social media, and maintaining the digital asset management system.

Responsibilities

• Design and output all digital and print materials requested by the Association and branches.
• Develop all digital design for ads, websites and social marketing assets.
• Design and output all marketing creative to include TV graphics, billboards, transit, point of purchase displays.
• Organize and maintain DAM for design.
• Help with all overall Association duties for Marketing & Communication including working events, photography, video as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field with minimum 3 years of professional design experience.
• Strong computer skills and demonstrated working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, canva.
• Must be organized, able to multi-task and know how to work in a team environment.
• Must demonstrate professionalism, a customer-first attitude and enthusiasm.
• Must have ability and desire to work in a fast paced and sometimes unpredictable environment.
• Must be able to work successfully under tight deadlines.
