UX Writer, Digital Venture

As a UX Writer, you will create user-friendly copy for the Makro Pro application and develop content guidelines to ensure consistency. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance usability and ensure compliance with legal standards.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, simple, consistent, and effective microcopy for Makro digital products
• Develop content strategy, direction, and tone of voice for digital products
• Manage inputs from various sources to improve content design
• Derive meaningful insights from data and share with relevant departments
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure content enhances usability and reflects the brand
• Understand complex challenges and user needs to create content design strategies
• Plan, manage, and run concept/usability testing to validate and improve content design

Requirements

• Proven record in content writing and strategy
• Proficient in content design strategy, tone of voice guidelines, and UX writing system
• Strong content-making, proofreading, and editing skills
• Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Strong communication skills
• Retail knowledge and enthusiasm (plus)
• Able to plan, conduct, and synthesize user research (plus)
