UX Writer / UX Designer

The UX Writer will be responsible for content across all design projects, supporting team members according to organizational goals. They will take a holistic design approach, coordinating with team members and considering implications for business and technology areas.

Responsibilities

• Design of user experience in informed journey flows with research, product vision, data-driven approach, focus on conversion, CSAT improvement, and claim reduction
• Tone, style, and general copy review of design proposals
• Validation with TCR principles in user communication
• Content inventory management
• Creation of content for project presentations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product development
• Expert in information architecture techniques
• Redaction of user-system dialogues and UX writing
• Systemic thinking and understanding of epistemology and cognitive-behavioral psychology
• Clear communication and documentation of business needs
• Experience in expert reviews and heuristics
• Business and user needs orientation
• Knowledge of design, research, testing, and metrics methodologies
• Handling of design and testing software
• English and Portuguese language skills (desirable)
