As a UX Writer, you'll craft user experience content and create clear copy that engages users. You will collaborate with various teams and maintain adherence to the style guide throughout the content cycle.
Responsibilities
- Write clear, creative UX content in the Wix tone and voice.
- Own every stage of the content cycle, from brainstorming on initial wireframes to shipping perfect copy.
- Build upon and help maintain adherence to our style guide.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, UX Designers and other stakeholders.
- Work with other writing groups including Marketing and Knowledge Base to ensure a consistent user experience.
- Conduct product and user research.
- Coordinate localization efforts to ensure efficient and successful localization for our global audience (20 languages and counting).
- Juggle multiple projects at once, while prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Content professional with native-level English in reading, writing, and speaking.
- 2+ years experience writing in a tech company.
- Ability to collaborate with a product team to launch an excellent product under tight deadlines.
- Passionate about writing and excellent UX, and a critical thinker with an eye for detail.
- Understands the intricacies of maintaining glossaries and style guides.
- Up-to-date on trends in UX and web content.
- Team player who can give and take feedback constructively.
- Able to create simple, easy-to-understand copy that helps users succeed.
