The role involves leading and developing content strategy for RHB’s digital products, creating clear and engaging copy for transactional interfaces. It requires collaboration with UX Designers and Product Owners to enhance user experience and ensure brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Understand end-to-end user journey, create continuity message to lead user to achieve the intended task.
- Translate complex scenarios into humanized, simple copy that's easily understood by users.
- Collaborate with UX Designer and Product Owner to understand user behaviors and identify opportunities for engagement.
- Collaborate with UX Designer to validate the effectiveness of the copy and continuously iterate.
- Monitor the performance of the products, continuously improve the user experience related to copy.
- Interpret unique selling propositions of the digital products/features and turn them into persuasive messages for promotional materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or above in journalism, mass communication or equivalent.
- Min. 5 years of working experience in digital copywriting.
- Experience in creating copy for transactional web and mobile applications.
- Solid portfolio, proven track record of driving end-to-end digital product copywriting delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to articulate a strong rationale for copywriting decisions.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with keen attention to punctuation, spelling, grammar and syntax.
