You will influence user experience through precise and impactful texts for the interface, including microcopy, notifications, onboarding, and navigation hints. Additionally, you will collaborate with designers to project user flows and participate in UX research and testing.
Responsibilities
- Influence user experience through precise and effective interface texts: microcopy, notifications, onboarding, navigation hints, etc.
- Collaborate with project designers to design user flow.
- Participate in UX research and testing, and independently organize copy testing.
- Interact with UX/UI designers, UX researchers, analysts, and product managers.
- Form and develop the product's tone of voice.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as UX Writer, Content Designer, or Technical Writer.
- Fluent in English at an Advanced (C1) level.
- Works in Figma.
- Able to write microcopy: concisely, simply, and in line with UX principles.
- Understands user context and adapts texts for different product interaction scenarios.
- Considers the broader context and ensures text consistency across the product.
- Analytical thinker who can formulate hypotheses and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Able to argue decisions without relying on others' opinions.
