ARG- UX Writer

The role involves creating intuitive and accessible conversational experiences to guide users in completing their tasks. This includes generating conversational design proposals, ensuring content consistency, participating in UX research, and evaluating content impact on user experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate conversational design proposals for various initiatives.
• Ensure a unified voice by collaborating with other teams.
• Participate in UX Research to understand user challenges and propose solutions.
• Maintain content coherence in design solutions.
• Evaluate and measure the impact of content on user experience and make adjustments.

Requirements

• Graduation in Communication Social, Letters, Publicidad, Periodismo or similar.
• Experience in agile methodologies - Design thinking and product discovery/roadmapping.
• Solid experience in UX and conversational design.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Effective communication.
• Deep knowledge of writing principles, tone of voice, storytelling, and content design.
