Senior UX Writer and Content Designer

Lead content design for key work streams and influence UX and cross-functional partnerships to align stakeholder expectations. Advocate for user-focused content experiences and create cohesive narratives across products.

Responsibilities

• Lead content design for key work streams; scope opportunities, set the plan, and deliver high-quality content solutions.
• Influence UX and cross-functional partnerships to align stakeholder expectations, drive understanding and alignment, and advocate for user-focused content experiences.
• Use your skills in simplifying and improving user experiences, understanding how your work relates to the roadmap and goal, to create a cohesive experience.
• Evaluate the quality of AI model output and design prompts to generate content that's fit for purpose.
• Own outcomes for multiple projects by setting or communicating content direction and priorities that have significant impact across the experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in UX writing, content design, technical writing, writing, editorial, marketing, or related, as well as leading content strategy projects.
• Experience on UX-focused product writing and shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects.
• Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume.
• 5 years of experience interacting with executive leadership (preferred).
• 5 years of writing, editorial, marketing, or UX writing experience in an agency setting (preferred).
• 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional technology organization (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI content strategy skills, such as prompting, model output evals, and conversational design principles (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple performing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment (preferred).
• Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills.
